This hairpin of wood comes from the excavations of W. F. Petrie at Gurob. The upper part is decorated by inter-twined lines and by a small figurine which seems to represent a bird. The piece probably dates from the 18th Dynasty.

Cette épingle à cheveux en bois provient des fouilles de W. F. Petrie à Gourob. La partie supérieure est décorée de lignes entrecroisées et d'une petite figurine qui semble représenter un oiseau. La pièce date probablement de la XVIIIème Dynastie.

Diese hölzerne Haarnadel stammt aus den Grabungen von W.F. Petrie in Ghurab. Der obere Abschnitt ist mit sich kreuzenden Linien verziert sowie mit einer kleinen Figur, die einen Vogel darzustellen scheint. Das Stück datiert wahrscheinlich in die 18. Dynastie.
