Longue bande rectangulaire provenant d'un tissu de fond décoré, dans le sens de la longueur, de deux registres de motifs floraux teints en pourpre. Il s'agit de l'une des pièces appartenant à une magnifique collection de tissus coptes d'Akhmim acquise en 1888.

Lunga striscia rettangolare di un semplice tessuto di sfondo, con due bande di motivi floreali di color porpora nel senso della lunghezza. Questo frammento fa parte di una raffinata serie di tessuti copti provenienti da Akhmim, acquistati nel 1888.
