Description
This burial chamber belongs to a nobleman named Deshri. The walls are decorated with various scenes showing different kinds of offerings. Each of these scenes has a practical purpose because the Ka, the vital force of the dead, could read the magical formulas. The offerings on the walls then would be transformed into real offerings presented eternally for the dead to survive in the netherworld.

Cette chambre funéraire appartient à un noble du nom de Deshri. Ses murs sont ornés de plusieurs scènes montrant différents types d'offrandes. Chacune de ces scènes a un but pratique et ce, afin que le Ka, ou force vitale du défunt, puisse lire les formules magiques. Grâce à ces dernières, les offrandes devenaient réelles et permettaient alors au défunt de survivre dans le monde souterrain.
تخص حجرة الدفن هذه أحد النبلاء ويدعى دشرى. وقد زينت جدرانها بمناظر متنوعة تمثل مختلف القرابين. وكان لكل منظر من هذه المناظر دور عملى، حيث أن كا المتوفى، أو قوته الحيوية تقرأ صيغة القرابين المسجلة عليه. ومن المفترض أن تتحول هذه المناظر إلى قرابين حقيقية يحيى عليها المتوفى فى العالم الآخر.
