Description
This statue is considered to be one of the masterpieces of Late Period art. It represents Shed-So-Unefer-Toum and his wife sitting on a low-backed chair. The sides are decorated with scenes of their sons and daughters. The couple is depicted with their legs side by side and with entwined hands, reflecting the warm and loving relationship between them. Both of them are wearing wigs that leave their ears free.

Cette statue est considérée comme l'un des chefs-d'oeuvre de l'art de la Basse Epoque. Elle représente Shed-So-Unefer-Toum et sa femme assis sur une chaise au dossier bas. Les côtés sont ornés de scènes représentant leurs fils et leurs filles. Ce couple est représenté avec les jambes côte à côte et les mains entrelacées, reflétant ainsi leur relation tendre et passionnée. Tous deux portent des perruques qui laissent apparaître leurs oreilles.
تمثال جميل يعد أحد روائع الفن في العصر المتأخر، وهو يصور شد-سو-أونفرتم وزوجته جالسين على كرسي بظهر منخفض. والجانبان مزينان بمشاهد لأبنائهما وبناتهما. وصور الزوجان، وقد تجاورت السيقان والتفت الأيدي؛ مما يعكس علاقة الدفء والحب بينهما. ويرتدي كل منهما باروكة شعر لا تخفي الأذنين.
