Description
The modeled vessel was perhaps a container for the sacred purification liquid used during the mummification process. The vase is flanked by the Sema-Tawy, sign of the unification of Upper and Lower Egypt. It rests on a high base like a stool. It is decorated on both sides with two columns attached to the body with two circular pieces.

Ce vase modelé faisait peut-être office de récipient destiné à recevoir le liquide sacré de purification qui était utilisé au cours du rituel de momification. Reposant sur une base élevée semblable à un tabouret, ce vase porte le « Sema-taouy », ou symbole de l'unification de la Haute et de la Basse Egypte. De plus, il est orné de part et d'autre de deux colonnes rattachées au corps par deux pièces circulaires.
إناء ربما كان يحتوي على سائل تطهير مقدس، استخدم أثناء عملية التحنيط. والإناء محاط من الجانبين بعلامة "سماتاوي"، التي ترمز إلى توحيد مصر العليا ومصر السفلى. يستقر الاناء على قاعدة مرتفعة. وهو مزين من الجانبين بعمودين متصلين بالبدن من خلال قطعتين مستديرتين.
