Description
This statue is of the god Thoth, represented as human headed Ibis wearing a tripartite wig. The statue is made of blue faience and gilded wood and stands on a black-varnished wooden pedestal. The statue is adorned with a large collar and the eyes are inlaid. Cosmetic lines were executed in high relief.

Cette statue représente le dieu Thoth sous une forme humaine à tête d'Ibis et coiffé d'une perruque tripartite. Réalisée en faïence bleue et en bois doré, elle repose sur un piédestal en bois verni noir. Cette statue est ornée d'un large collier et ses yeux sont incrustés. Les traits du visage furent sculptés en haut-relief.
تمثال يصور المعبود "تحوت" في هيئة جسم بشري برأس طائر الأيبس ويرتدي باروكة من ثلاثة أجزاء. والتمثال مصنوع من الخزف القيشاني ومطعم بالخشب المذهب، ويقف على قاعدة من الخشب المذهب المطلي بطبقة من الورنيش اللامع. ويصور التمثال "تحوت" بحلية من طوق كبير؛ والعينان مطعمتان، ونفذت خطوط الزينة بالنقش البارز.
