The Global Egyptian Museum

A fine bracelet of Maiherpri, the Fan bearer to the right of the king during the Eighteenth Dynasty. It has an elaborate form; it is composed of small glass cylinders held together in a wooden circle. The cylinders are made alternatively of red and green glass, separated by small thin rings of natural ivory. The circle is not complete, presumably to ease wearing it in the arm of the owner.

Un bracelet en verre de Maiherpri, le porteur d'éventail à la droite du roi pendant la dix-huitième dynastie. Il a une forme élaborée, composée de petits cylindres en verre rattachés ensemble dans un cercle en bois. Les cylindres sont alternativement en verre rouge et vert, séparés par des petits anneaux en ivoire naturel. Le cercle est incomplet, pour faciliter vraisemblablement son port autour du poignet.

سوار جميل للمدعو "مايحربري" الذي كان " حامل المروحة إلى يمين الملك" خلال عصر الأسرة الثامنة عشرة. وللسوار شكل معقد يتكون من خرزات أسطوانية زجاجية صنعت بالتبادل من زجاج أحمر وأخضر، وتفصلها حلقات صغيرة رقيقة من العاج الطبيعي، وثبتت معا في دائرة خشبية غير مكتملة؛ ربما لكي يتمكن صاحبه من ارتدائه في ذراعه.
