The Global Egyptian Museum

The limestone statue depicts an eagle stretching its wings and standing on a base. The base is broken from the right side and the beak is also broken. 

The eyes are circularly lined. There are traces of a grey color on the head and wings. The feathers are portrayed in various shapes. They take vertical lines on the inner side of the wing and round shapes on the other sides of the wing, as well as on the chest. Other carved lines decorate the head.

The tail of the figure rests on the base and is visible from behind the legs. The eagle was the symbol of the spirit and stood for the Roman Empire

Cette statue en calcaire représente un aigle déployant ses ailes et debout sur une base. Le côté droit de la base est cassé ainsi que le bec. 

Les yeux sont entourés d'une ligne circulaire. Il reste des traces d'une couleur grise sur la tête et les ailes. Les plumes sont représentées de différentes formes. Ce sont des lignes verticales à l'intérieur de l'aile et des formes arrondies sur les autres côtés de l'aile, ainsi que sur la poitrine. D'autres lignes gravées ornent la tête. 

La queue de cette représentation est posée sur la base et est visible derrière ses pattes. L'aigle était le symbole de l'esprit et représenta l'empire romain.

تمثال من الحجر الجيري لنسر فارداً جناحيه، يقف على قاعدة بها كسر فى الجانب الأيمن. كما فقد المنقار أيضاً.

تم تحديد العيون بشكل دائره، وبالتمثال بقايا لون رمادي على الرأس والأجنحه. وصور شكل الريش بأسلوب متنوع بين خطوط طولية فى باطن الأجنحه، وخطوط دائرية فى الناحية الخارجية من الأجنحة والصدر. وتوجد مجموعة خطوط محفورة تزين الرأس.

كما يستقر الذيل على القاعدة ويظهر خلف الأقدام. والنسر كان رمزاً للروح كما كان شعاراً للإمبراطورية الرومانيه.
