The statuette represents Osiris as a deity associated with the Moon-god Iah, which engenders a composite iconography. Osiris-Iah is sitting, his feet resting on a rectangular base. His body is enveloped in a tightly fitting mummy gown leaving exposed only his hands holding a crook and a flail; he wears a tripartite wig with an uraeus on the forehead crowned with a Moon-disk and a crescent bearing an atef-crown with a head of ibis; his chin is decorated with a pleated artificial beard. There is a tenon below the base.
