Description
This beautiful elongated vase is characterised by a round neck under which many wavy lines are painted. The belly is decorated, from top to bottom, by a row of triangles, a second row of ox-heads and four crocodiles of whom the bodies are covered by undulations representing the scales. The receptacle, which seems to come from Gebelein, dates from the Naqada II Period.

Deze mooie langwerpige vaas wordt gekenmerkt door een afgeronde hals waaronder meerdere golvende lijnen geschilderd zijn. De buik is van boven naar beneden versierd met een rij driehoeken, met een tweede rij runderkoppen en vervolgens met vier krokodillen waarvan het lichaam bedekt is met golvingen die schubben voorstellen. Het recipiënt, dat uit Gebelein afkomstig lijkt te zijn, dateert uit de Naqada II Periode.
Ce beau vase allongé se caractérise par un col arrondi sous lequel plusieurs lignes ondulées sont peintes. La panse est décorée, de haut en bas, d'une rangée de triangles, d'une seconde rangée de bucranes et ensuite quatre crocodiles dont le corps est recouvert d'ondulations représentant les écailles. Le récipient, qui semble provenir de Gebelein, date de la période de Nagada II.
Dieses schöne längliche Gefäß zeichnet sich durch einen runden Hals aus, unter dem mehrere gewellte Linien aufgemalt sind. Der Gefäßkörper ist, von oben nach unten, mit einer Reihe von Dreiecken, einer zweiten Reihe von Bukranien und schließlich mit vier Krokodilen verziert, deren Körper mit Wellenlinien überzogen sind, die die Schuppen darstellen. Der Behälter, der offenbar aus Gebelein stammt, datiert in die Naqada II-Zeit.
Questo bel vaso allungato si caratterizza per un collo arrotondato sotto il quale sono dipinte numerose linee ondulate. La pancia é decorata, dall'alto in basso, con una fila di triangoli, con una seconda filadi bucrani e infine con quattro coccodrilli il cui corpo é ricoperto da ondulazioni rappresentanti le scaglie. Il recipiente, che sembra provenire da Gebelein, risale al periodo di Naqada II.
Este belo vaso alongado caracteriza-se por um gargalo arredondado com várias linhas onduladas pintadas. A pança está decorada, de alto a baixo, com uma fiada de triângulos, uma segunda fiada de bucrânios e depois quatro crocodilos, com os corpos cobertos por linhas de aspecto ondulado representando as escamas. A peça, que talvez provenha de Guebelein, data do Período de Nagada II.
Este bello vaso alargado se caracteriza por un cuello redondeado bajo el que se pintaron muchas líneas onduladas. La panza está decorada, de arriba abajo, con una fila de triángulos, una segunda fila de bucráneos y después por cuatro cocodrilos cuyo cuerpo está cubierto de ondulaciiones que representan las escamas. El recipiente, que parece provenir de Guebelein, data del período de Naqada II.
