Point of a lance formed of a basic triangular shape, the lateral edges of which are slightly convex with a short broad tang, which is inserted a long way into a wooden shaft, and held in place by fixing plaster. It has been observed that a shaft of a little less than 2 cm in diameter could have been as long as 130 cm.
