Round-topped stela with a frame in low relief, broken at the left lower corner. The stela has traces of colour and is divided into two registers. In the upper one, the dedicant is libating witjh his right hand over a table laden with offerings, facing a pharaoh seated under a one-winged sun disk. In the bottom register a man is shown carrying an ox-leg (?) and a woman is holding a loaf.
