Dit rechthoekig schminkpalet in grauwak wordt op de bovenzijde afgeboord door drie ingekraste lijnen, die elkaar aan de hoeken doorsnijden. Paletten van dit type zijn karakteristiek voor de Naqada III-periode, maar komen ook nog in de 1ste dynastie voor.

Cette palette à fard rectangulaire, en greywacke, présente trois lignes incisées sur le bord de la surface supérieure, les lignes se croisant l'une l'autre aux quatre coins. Des palettes de ce genre sont typiques de la période de Nagada III et apparaissent encore pendant la Ière Dynastie.

Die Ränder dieser rechteckigen Schminkpalette aus Grauwacke sind mit drei Ritzlinien versehen, die sich an den Ecken überschneiden. Paletten dieses Typus sind charakteristisch für die Naqada III-Zeit, sie kommen aber auch noch in der 1. Dynastie vor.

Esta paleta de cosméticos de forma rectangular y realizada en pizarra, presenta una decoración de tres líneas incisas en la parte superior del borde, con líneas cruzándose en las esquinas. Este tipo de paletas es característico del período de Naqada III, pero también aparecen en la Dinastía I.

This rectangular greywacke cosmetic palette has an incised 3-line border on the upper surface, with the lines crossing each other at the corners. Palettes of this type are typical of the Naqada III Period but also still appear in the 1st Dynasty.
