Description
This vase in alabaster, of which the provenance is not known, was acquired during the public sale of the Amherst collection at London in 1921. The form is very particular; the receptacle is composed of a round foot which is limited by a simple edge and a belly of which the lower part is slightly rounded and the upper part, ornamented in the middle by three rolls, is slightly convex. The piece dates from the New Kingdom.

Deze albasten vaas, waarvan de herkomst onbekend is, is verworven tijdens de publieke verkoop van de collectie Amherst te Londen in 1921. De vorm is zeer uitzonderlijk; het recipiënt bestaat uit een ronde voet die zich beperkt tot een eenvoudige boord en uit een buik waarvan het onderste gedeelte licht gerond is en het bovenste gedeelte, in het midden versierd met drie verbredingen, licht convex is. Het stuk dateert uit het Nieuwe Rijk.
Ce vase en albâtre, dont la provenance n'est pas connue, a été acquis lors de la vente publique de la collection Amherst à Londres en 1921. La forme est très particulière; le récipient se compose d'un pied rond qui se limite à un simple bord et d'une panse dont la partie inférieure est légèrement arrondi et la partie supérieure, ornée au milieu de trois bourrelets, légèrement convexe. La pièce date du Nouvel Empire.
Dieses Alabastergefäß, dessen Herkunft unbekannt ist, wurde bei der öffentlichen Versteigerung der Sammlung Amherst in London 1921 erworben. Die Form ist sehr eigentümlich; der Behälter besteht aus einem runden Fuß, der in einem einfachen Rand endet, und einem Körper, dessen unterer Abschnitt leicht gerundet ist, während der obere Abschnitt, der in der Mitte mit drei Wülsten verziert ist, leicht konvex ist. Das Stück datuert in das Neue Reich.
Questo vaso di alabastro, la cui provenienza non é nota, é stato acquistato durante l'asta pubblica della collezione Amherst a Londra nel 1921. La forma é molto particolare; il recipiente si compone di un piede rotondo che si limita a un semplice bordo e a una pancia la cui parte inferiore é leggermente arrotondata e la parte superiore, ornata al centro da tre cuscinetti, leggermente convessa. Il pezzo data al Nuovo Regno.
Este vaso de alabastro, de proveniência desconhecida, foi comprado em Londres durante a venda pública da colecçäo Amherst, em 1921. A sua forma é muito peculiar, compondo-se o recipiente de um pé redondo simples e uma pança cuja parte inferior é ligeiramente arredondada e a parte superior, ornada ao meio por três motivos em relevo, é ligeiramente convexa. A peça data do Império Novo.

La forma es muy particular; el recipiente se compone de un pie redondo, que no es más que un simple borde, y de una panza cuya parte inferior es ligeramente redondeada y la superior, adornada en la zona media con tres rodetes, ligeramente convexa. La pieza data del Imperio Nuevo.
