Estatuilla del dios Ptah de aspecto momiforme. Lleva la cabeza rapada y va tocado con un casquete semiesférico. Presenta la barba divina, una esclavina "usej" y empuña con sus manos un cetro "uas". Viste un manto ceñido que le llega hasta los tobillos.
