Deksel van een canope met afbeelding van een mensenhoofd. Het gezicht wordt omlijst door de pruik. De gelaatstrekken zijn fijn gesneden en het oppervlak is zeer glad gepolijst. Op de wenkbrauwen zijn resten bruine verf aanwezig. Aan de onderkant zit een kegelvormig uitsteeksel.

Couvercle de vase canope comportant la représentation d'une tête humaine. Le visage est encadré d'une perruque. Les traits ont été soigneusement façonnés et les surfaces sont extrêmement lisses. Les sourcils portent des traces de peinture brune. Le couvercle présente une bosse conique destinée à l'insertion.

Kanopendeckel mit Menschkopfdarstellung. Das Gesicht wird ganz von der Perücke eingerahmt, sehr fein geschnittene Gesichtszüge, Oberfläche sehr gut geglättet, an den Brauen Spuren von brauner Bemalung, konischer Steckzapfen.

Coperchio di vaso canopo con la raffigurazione di una testa umana. Il volto è interamente incorniciato dalla parrucca. I tratti sono incisi con finezza e le superfici sono estremamente levigate. Sulle sopracciglia vi sono resti di pittura marrone, e vi è un perno conico per l'inserimento del coperchio nel vaso.

Tampa de vaso canopo com a representaç&atilde;o de uma cabeça humana, totalmente enquadrada por uma cabeleira. Os traços est&atilde;o finamente trabalhados e as superfícies extremamente suaves. Tem vestígios de tinta castanha nas sobrancelhas.

Tapa de vaso canopo con la representación de una cabeza humana. La cara está completamente enmarcada por la peluca. Los rasgos están delicadamente esculpidos y las superficie es extremadamente lisa. Hay restos de pintura parda en las cejas y protuberancias cónicas para insertar.

Canopic jar lid with the representation of a human head. The face is entirely framed by the wig. The features are finely carved and the surfaces are beautifully smooth. On the eyebrows are the remnants of brown paint. There is a tapering boss underneath.
