Description
A falcon with the double crown, depicting the god Horus. This kind of amulet was not strictly funerary and is known from prehistoric times down to the Ptolemaic Period. This piece is made of blue-green faience. The bird, with the face, claws and feathers worked out in detail, is squatting on a base. The wings lie along the body. Between the head and the crown is a loop for suspension.

Valk met dubbele kroon, die de god Horus voorstelt. Dit soort amuletten was niet uitsluitend funerair van aard en is bekend van de prehistorische tijd tot in de Ptolemeïsche Periode. Dit exemplaar is gemaakt van blauw-groene faience. De vogel zit op een voetstuk; het gezicht, de klauwen en veren zijn in detail uitgewerkt. De vleugels liggen langs het lichaam. Tussen de kop en de kroon zit een ophangoogje.
Faucon portant la couronne double, représentant le dieu Horus. Ce type d'amulette n'était pas strictement funéraire. Elle est attestée de la Préhistoire à la Période Ptolémaïque. Cette pièce est en faïence bleu-vert. La face, les serres et les plumes de l'oiseau ont été détaillés avec soin. Le faucon est accroupi sur une base, les ailes plaquées contre le corps. Entre la tête et la couronne figure un anneau de suspension.
Das Falken-Amulett mit Doppelkrone auf dem Kopf stellt den Gott Horus dar. Diese Art Amulett wurde nicht nur im funerären Bereich verwendet und ist von der prähistorischen bis in die ptolemäische Zeit nachweisbar. Das Falken-Amulett ist aus blaugrüner Fayence hergestellt. Der Vogel, dessen Gesicht, Krallen und Gefieder genau heraus gearbeitet sind, hockt auf einer Standplatte. Die Flügel sind an den Körper gelegt. Zwischen Kopf und Krone ist eine durchbohrte Öse angebracht.
Un falco con una doppia corona, raffigurante il dio Horo. Questo tipo di amuleto non era esclusivamente di uso funerario e compare dall'epoca preistorica sino al periodo tolemaico. Questo esemplare è di fayence blu-verde. L'uccello, che ha il volto, gli artigli e le piume lavorate sin nei dettagli, è posto su una base. La ali sono distese lungo il corpo. Tra la testa e la corona vi è un anello per appenderlo.
Um falcão com a coroa dupla, representando o deus Hórus. Este tipo de amuleto não era estritamente funerário e aparece desde a Pré-Histórica até ao Período Ptolemaico. Esta peça era feita em faiança verde azulada. O pássaro está agachado numa base. O rosto, as garras e as plumas foram trabalhadas em pormenor. As asas estão junto ao corpo. Entre a cabeça e a coroa está uma argola para suspensão.
Halcón con la doble corona que representa al dios Horus. Este tipo de amuleto no era estrictamente funerario, y se conoce desde la Prehistoria hasta la Época Ptolemaica. Esta pieza está realizada con fayenza azul verdosa. El ave, del cual la cara, las garras y las plumas se trabajaron en detalle, se encuentra sobre una base. Las alas están cerca del cuerpo. Entre la cabeza y la corona hay un anillo para colgarlo.
