Description
A painted wooden panel, probably from a canopic chest. The gods Duamutef and Amset, two of the four Sons of Horus, are depicted. They are facing right and holding a bolt of material each, linen with which to ensure the wrapping and protection of the mummy. Above and to the sides of them are inscriptions invoking their protection as well as that of Osiris.

Beschilderd houten paneel, mogelijk van een canopenkist. Afgebeeld staan Doeamoetef en Amset, twee van de vier Horuszonen. Ze kijken naar rechts en houden een stuk stof vast, linnen, benodigd voor het omwikkelen en beschermen van de mummie. Boven en terzijde van hen staan teksten die hun bescherming aanroepen, alsmede die van Osiris.
Panneau de bois peint, provenant probablement d'un coffre à canopes. Les dieux Douamoutef et Amset, deux des quatre Fils d'Horus, tournés vers la droite, tiennent chacun un rouleau de tissu, du lin, pour maintenir l'intégrité des bandelettes et protéger la momie. Ils sont surmontés et flanqués d'inscriptions invoquant leur protection ainsi que celle d'Osiris.
Eine bemalte Holztafel, die wahrscheinlich von einem Kanopenkasten stammt. Die Götter Duamutef und Amset, zwei der vier Horuskinder, sind hier abgebildet. Sie blicken nach rechts und halten je einen Leinenstreifen, der die Bandagierung und den Schutz der Mumie gewährleisten soll. Darüber und daneben sind Inschriften angebracht, in denen sowohl ihren Schutz als auch der des Osiris erbeten wird.
Quadro in legno dipinto, proveniente probabilmente da una cassa per canopi. Sono rappresentati gli dei Duamutef e Amset, due dei Quattro Figli di Horo. Sono rivolti verso destra e sostengono ciascuno un rotolo di materiale con il quale assicurano l'avvolgimento e la protezione della mummia. Ai lati vi sono iscrizioni che invocano la protezione loro e di Osiride.
Painel em madeira pintada, provávelmente, de cofre para vaso de vísceras. Os deuses Duamutef e Imseti, dois dos quatro Filhos de Hórus, estao também representados. Estao voltados para a direita e seguram, cada um, parte de tecido, linho, para proporcionar o enfaixamento e a protecçao da múmia. Por cima e ao lado destas figuras, surgem inscriçoes invocando a sua protecçao e a protecçao de Osíris.
Panel de madera pintada, probablemente procedente de un cofre de canopos. Aparecen representados los dioses Duamutef y Amset, dos de los cuatro Hijos de Horus. Miran hacia la derecha y cada uno lleva rollo de tela; se trata del lino con el que asegurar el vendado y la protección de la momia. Por encima y a los lados de los cuales hay inscripciones que invocan su protección así como la de Osiris.
