Description
A small, blue-glazed faience amulet of the goddess Taweret, standing on a plinth with a back pillar. She is depicted in the upright position, both arms down at her sides and the left leg advanced. Taweret was a powerful protectress of pregnant women and childbirth. On the top of her head is a decorative loop for suspension.

Klein, blauw geglazuurd faience amulet van de godin Taweret, staand op een sokkel met een rugpijler. Ze is rechtop met beide armen langs de zijden en met het linkerbeen vooruit afgebeeld. Taweret beschermde de zwangere vrouwen en bij de geboorte. Op haar hoofd heeft ze een versierd oogje ter ophanging.
Petite amulette en faïence bleue émaillée, représentant la déesse hippopotame Taouret, debout sur un socle, avec un pilier dorsal. Elle se tient bien droite, la jambe gauche en avant et les bras le long du corps. Taouret protégeait les femmes enceintes et veillait au bon déroulement des accouchements. L'objet comporte, sur la tête, un anneau de suspension décoratif.
Ein kleines, blau glasiertes Fayenceamulett der Göttin Taweret, die auf einem Sockel mit Rückenpfeiler steht. Sie ist in aufrechter Haltung mit an den Seiten angelegten Armen und vorgestelltem linkem Bein dargestellt. Taweret war eine mächtige Beschützerin der schwangeren Frauen und der Geburt. Auf ihrem Kopf ist eine dekorative Öse angebracht.
Piccolo amuleto di faience invetriata di colore blu della dea Tauret, rappresentata stante su un basamento con un pilastro posteriore. La figura è rappresentata in posizione verticale con le braccia lungo i fianchi e la gamba destra avanzata. Tauret era la potente protettrice delle donne gravide e del parto. Nella parte superiore della testa è visibile un anello decorativo che veniva utilizzato per appendere l'oggetto.

Está representada em posiçao vertical, com ambos os braços estendidos, lateralmente, ao longo do corpo e com perna esquerda ligeiramente avançada. Taueret era considerada poderosa protectora das mulheres grávidas e do parto. No topo da sua cabeça encontra-se presilha decorativa para suspensao.
Un pequeño amuleto de fayenza vidriada de azul de a diosa Tueris, de pie sobre un plinto y con pilar dorsal. Está representada en posición erguida, con los brazos pegados a los costados y la pata derecha adelantada. Tueris era una poderosa protectora de las mujeres embarazadas y de los partos. En la parte superior de la cabeza lleva un decorativo anillo de suspensión.
