Description
This inlaid pectoral is in the shape of a shrine. Its base is decorated with wavy lines in reference to the primeval water. It is protected by two falcons. In the center of a boat, King Ahmose the First is shown with the gods Re and Amun. The two gods are pouring water on the king in the purification process during the coronation ceremony.

Ce pectoral incrusté est de forme trapézoïdale. Sa base est ornée de lignes ondulantes qui font référence à la mer primitive. De plus, il est protégé par deux faucons. Au centre de la barque, le roi Ahmes Premier est représenté aux côtés des dieux Rê et Amon. Ces deux divinités versent de l'eau sur le roi afin de le purifier au cours de la cérémonie de couronnement.
شكلت هذه الصدرية المطعمة على شكل مقصورة، وقد زينت قاعدتها بخطوط متموجة ترمز الى المياه الأبدية. ويحميها صقران. أما فى وسط المركب المصور على الصدرية فيرى الملك أحمس الأول وهو يطهر بواسطة كلاً من الربين رع وآمون. وفى هذه العملية يقوم الربان بصب المياه على الملك كإجراء لتطهيره قبل طقس تتويجه.
