Description
The statue depicts the god Osiris in his traditional pose as a mummified god standing on a small base. He is enveloped in a garment, wearing his characteristic Atef crown, flanked by two ostrich feathers and adorned with the uraeus, or royal cobra. The divine beard is attached to his chin, and in his hands he holds the Heka scepter, or crook, and the flail.

Cette statue représente le dieu Osiris dans sa posture traditionnelle de dieu momifié, debout sur une petite base. Il est enveloppé dans une gaine, portant sa caractéristique couronne Atef, entourée de deux plumes d'autruche et ornée de l'uraeus, ou cobra royal. La barbe divine est fixée sur son menton et il tient entre ses mains le sceptre, ou la crosse, Heka, et le fléau.
يمثل هذا التمثال المعبود أوزوريس فى شكله التقليدى كمعبود على هيئة المومياء يقف على قاعدة صغيرة، وقد التف جسمه فى حلة. ويلبس أوزوريس تاجه المميز المسمى آتف والذى تحيط به ريشتا نعامة ويزينه الصل المقدس أو الكوبرا الملكية. وهو يحمل فى يديه الصولجان حكا أو الخطاف والمنشة، كما أن لحيته المقدسة مثبتة على ذقنه.
