This painted wooden model shows a woman wearing a short wig and a short white skirt standing in front of a beer jar. 

The model shows the beer-making process. The rounded slab placed over the mouth of the vat was used to strain the mash. 

The filtered beer ran out of a hole near the bottom of the vat. The beer was then stored in another jar, that is here placed on the opposite side of the base.

Cette miniature en bois peint représente une femme portant une perruque courte et une jupe blanche courte debout face à un pot de bière. 

Ce modèle réduit montre le processus de fabrication de la bière. La dalle ronde placée sur l'ouverture de la cuve était utilisée pour passer la purée. 

La bière filtrée s'écoulait par un orifice situé près de la base de la cuve. La bière était ensuite stockée dans un autre pot qui est ici placé en face de la base.

ويبين النموذج عملية صنع الجعة. وكانت البلاطة المستديرة الموضوعة فوق فوهة الوعاء الضخم، تستخدم في تصفية الجريش. 

وكانت الجعة المرشحة تنساب من ثقب قريب من قاع الوعاء الضخم، ثم تخزن الجعة في وعاء آخر؛ هو الجرة الموضوعة في الطرف المقابل من القاعدة.
